EFT or “that Tapping Technique” as most people know it. Emotional Freedom? Yes, but I like to add physical too.
So what do you tap and why? Above is a picture of where you tap on the body ie. the ends of the Meridians. If you tap these points the body gets a general balance. However, if you focus on a particular emotion or physical pain whilst tapping you can frequently get relief.
